Recently visited Frank Ottomanelli’s in Long Island City, and it was an all-around fantastic experience. I had the veggie burger, which was seriously impressive — crispy on the outside, soft and flavorful on the inside. Definitely one of the better veggie burgers I’ve had. The service was excellent, too. The staff and management were super attentive. I had a couple of special requests (like getting the Otto sauce on the side), and they handled everything smoothly. By the way, that Otto sauce? Incredible. The real showstopper, though, was the view. You get the NYC skyline right behind you, which makes for a stunning backdrop — especially with a live DJ adding to the vibe. It felt like the perfect blend of chill and energy. A great spot for good food, great service, and even better views. Will definitely be back

I'm new to the neighborhood and have been here at least 4 times and I love the view and the vibe from the staff. Very welcoming you can tell the staff was trained well. I stopped by earlier today because I love sitting by the water with my sangria! After work.. I just wish the food quality was good enough to go with my sangria what a shame.

I stumbled upon this place right after getting off the ferry, and it was fantastic. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the views. The burger, fries, and ice cream were all amazing. There's plenty of seating and incredible views, and it's close to the park.

Have a great day! This has to the most beautiful burger spots in the city. Perfect spot to grab a beer friend on a great day. The burger is great quality, has fresh Shake Shake in size and price (a little smaller than you’d like and a little more expensive than you’d hoped for, but this is NY so you pay for the view) I am so excited to see what the this waterfront venue bring to the ferry Landing in LIC. Popular in a tourist. They have already I see here daily, which is always a good sign! Venue is wheelchair friendly and has public bathrooms right behind it....

I'm giving 5 stars to the management!! This place has so much potential and management is trying their best. The atmosphere is absolutely beautiful!!! The staff is welcoming and friendly The number 1 issue is the FOOD!!! Someone needs to check the head chef and re-train them!! I don't understand the wait time for a burger and fry. Then when you get it it is WRONG! or NOT MADE WITH LOVE. The food needs to be checked before touching the pickup window. 5 management 5 atmosphere 5 Customer service 0 food quality

I AM ABSOLUTELY AMAZED BY THIS PLACE!! I stumbled upon this park last week but was in a rush. Now I finally had the chance to try this place out and OMG! AMAZING! From the atmosphere, service, and food (5) The place is beautiful right on the water and in front of the ferry, that makes it such a chill spot before heading to work in the city. Service was amazing very friendly and welcoming environment! The cashier was very helpful in suggesting the popular items Food was delicious! I got the jumbo dog, Truffle fries and chicken tenders. My friend got the burger and fries. Soo good! The dog was a decent size for the price. Tenders crispy and flavorful and my favorite the Truffle fries thick cut fries you can taste the fresh cut! And good portions!! Burger cooked to protection! Juicy and seasoned well Wait time was about 25-30mins not bad for this busy location. I will definitely be a regular!

I’ve never heard of this place before visiting Hunter Point South Park two days ago. I was hungry and decided to grab a bite to eat. I noticed that the line was long which was a pretty good indication that I hit the jackpot with this place. I perused the menu and decided to keep it simple and stick with the hot honey chicken tenders and an order of Belgian fries with a lemonade to wash it all down. It was a long wait time for me to receive my order on Sunday because it was super busy. I noticed lots of people who ordered after me receiving their orders and I wasn’t the only customer who also had this same issue. Orders should be fulfilled in the order in which they are received depending on what is ordered. However, this wasn’t going to deter me from trying this food. My order was finally ready and my insides were jumping for joy. One bite into the first hot honey tender almost took me out and then I understood why the wait for the food is a little longer. It is because of the quality of the chicken tender and it was piping hot and quite delicious. Let’s talk about the Belgian fries which I’ve never had before, oh my gooodness they were so amazing! The lemonade was excellent. On a scale of 1-10, I would give them a 10. I enjoyed the food so much that I came back the following day to order the same exact meal. That’s how good the food is.
